MacOS's Tahoe has the Passwords app, which is a password manager that also lets you know which passwords have been used more than once, and which ones were used on sites that had a data hack.

If you save passwords in the app, then your fingerprint or face can replace typing in the password. And, if connected via your iCloud account, you can avoid typing usernames and passwords in your iPhone and iPad.

For even more protection, if you have a paid Proton Mail account, you get to use SimpleLogin. This lets you create single-use email addresses that all forward all to those addresses to your @proton.me, @pm.me or @protonmail.com address.

Also on Macs, if you have a paid iCloud.com account, you can create alias emails there too.
